After the financial reforms of 1991 he saw an opportunity in financial services industry which led to the formation of Jaypee Capital Services Limited. He is regularly seen sharing his view with market participants in Industry Conferences like FIA, FOW and magazines like Euromoney.

He has played a key role in growth of organization by building teams and in developing strategies in equities and derivatives market. He is an IIM-L graduate and brings domain experience and management capabilities to everyday trading operations of the company.

He looks into all the compliance issues for both the stock exchanges. He has experience of over 25 years and has immense knowledge and expertise in handling company affairs.
